Ein Absatz über Psychoedukation

Vielfältige Erklärungsmodelle haben den Weg bis an mein Ohr gefunden. Das Vulnerabilitätskonzept fand ich immer sympathischer – weil greifbarer – als dahergelaufene Drittelstatistiken. Die prägende Phase ist offenbar vorüber, also geben wir etwas von dem zurück, was wir erhalten haben. Den zwei oder drei Personen in meiner unmittelbaren Umgebung kann ich nicht helfen, da ich damit beschäftigt bin, meinen Kopf gegen die Stimmen der Lüge zu verteidigen. Wenn man Psychoedukation natürlich beruflich praktiziert, muss man mit diesem Doppelleben irgendwie umgehen, denn natürlich verhält es sich mit den Psychiatern, die einem helfen wollen genau wie mit dem rauchenden Arzt, lassen wir dahingestellt, ob Proktologe, Dermatolge oder Hausarzt. Den guten Willen, nein, den kann ich niemandem absprechen. Zwischen dem Warum und dem Wohin stehen Welten. Auslöser sind wieder anders zu beurteilen als Gründe. Auch der längste Weg beginnt mit einem kleinen Schritt. Depressionen sind gegen bipolare Störungen abzugrenzen, diese widerum von affektiven Schizophrenien und diese widerum von schweren Persönlichkeitsstörungen. Gewalt als Ursache jedoch scheint alltäglich zu sein, psychische, physische, emotionale, politische oder Autoaggressionen. Wie schlagen wir nun den Weg zur Hoffnung ? Hinter jedem Erklärungsmodell steht ein Mensch. Ein Friseur, ein Vater, ein Krankenpfleger, ein Vorbild, ein Bruder. Zwischen den Zeilen kann man besser zuhören als der lautesten Stimme, die am wenigsten Wahrheit spricht. Technisch gesehen ist dies eine kurze Notiz, mit gedit erstellt und mit Hilfe von control-c control-v in die WordPress-Seite gehämmert, aber das Thema, das ist das Leben mit und nach Psychosen und irgendwie autodidaktisch gefärbt. Bleiben Sie wachsam ! Keine Endzeitwarnung sondern ein guter Rat in Zeiten, in denen Demokratie, Gesundheit und Vertrauen – wie es in ihrer Natur liegt – leicht zerbrechlich und in Gefahr scheinen.
